This class focuses on improving functional strength, cardiovascular health, mobility, and your mental muscles. We begin with a collective warm-up, transition into self-paced movement stations, and unwind with a guided cool-down.
Wear athletic attire and bring a mat and water bottle. Locker rooms and showers are available.
All fitness levels and identities are welcome. Come as you are.

Every Tuesday in July (July 7, 14, 21, 28), 6:15pm-7:30pm
