Circuit Training- JUNE
This class focuses on improving functional strength, cardiovascular health, mobility, and your mental muscles. We begin with a collective warm-up, transition into self-paced movement stations, and unwind with a guided cool-down.
Wear athletic attire and bring a mat and water bottle. Locker rooms and showers are available.
All fitness levels and identities are welcome. Come as you are.
DAYS & TIMES:
Every Tuesday in June (June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30), 6:15pm-7:30pm
Saturdays: June 6, 13, 20, 10am-11:15am
PRICE:
$75 Tuesday Class Package (Better value! Includes all 5 June classes. LIMITED QUANTITY.)
$45 Saturday Class Package (Better value! Includes all 3 June classes. LIMITED QUANTITY.)
OR $20 drop-in classes.
