Class Description
A challenging experience utilizing kickboxing synced to the beat of the music + circuits to increase full body strength, build stamina, and improve coordination/ balance. Class begins with “food for thought”, incorporates challenge rounds, and ends with a restorative + encouraging cool down. This class will not only strengthen your body; it will strengthen your mental muscles too. All fitness levels & identities are welcome!
Class is $5, Registration required.
Please bring a water bottle, a mat, and a (optional) pair of weights for an extra challenge.
