This fitness class begins with reflection, transitions into movement, and ends with a restorative cool down. Movement will include elements of Cardio Kickboxing, bodyweight Strength Training, Pilates, Yoga, and Mobility.
Bring yourself (wearing athletic attire), a yoga mat, journal, and a water bottle.
All fitness levels & identities welcome.
