This class focuses on improving functional strength, cardiovascular health, mobility, and your mental muscles. We begin with a collective warm-up, transition into self-paced movement through stations, and unwind with a guided cool-down. All fitness levels and identities are welcome. Come as you are.

Bring a mat and water bottle. Locker rooms and showers are available; please bring your own lock.

DAY: Every Tuesday in May (May 5, 12, 19, 26)

TIME: 6:15pm-7:30pm (Doors open at 6pm)

LOCATION: The Sport House, 1301 E. 47th St.
